(1+1+1=1) -The Person of God- Day 3

Let’s say, I gifted you with one Lokum, then added one more, and then called you back for a last one, you’ll thank me for giving you three delicious delights, won’t you?

That maths is perfect, but in deep theology we say 1+1+1=1. This is the reason, the number one is one. There’s no disparity, when two similar or distinct objects are joined they become a new WHOLE object, they are immersed into one another.

An example is the Ocean, the ocean is made of reefs(1) and creatures(1). These individual representations are created for each other, when you take any of them out of place they all die- the Dead Sea. All the creatures and reefs, live in the water in total harmony and only dependent on each other.

The Hebrew translation of the word God found in Genesis is Elohim, ‘El’ meaning mighty and powerful, where ‘him’ is a plural representation. Therefore, Elohim means a Supreme and Powerful group of persons or personalities. If it were to be describing a single person, Eloah, would have been used.

God is represented by three Persons, father, Son and Holy Spirit, where they live in oneness and unity. The Triune is intertwined together in an accord, decision and action- wise.

In the book of beginnings, God was introduced first, (Genesis 1:1) In the Beginning, God…., secondly, His Spirit, (Genesis 1:2b) ……The Spirit of God was moving (hovering, brooding) over the face of the waters, and last but not least, Jesus, Genesis 1:3, And God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light. The first ever Spoken Word of God was Jesus.

“In the beginning was the Word ( Jesus was already part of God, from the beginning), and the Word was with God( He was amongst the united Authors, He was the Light sent forth), and the Word was God.”(1+1+1=1)
‭‭John‬ ‭1‬:‭1‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

“Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.””
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭1‬:‭26‬ ‭NIV‬‬

It wasn’t the desire of just one of the trinity to make man, they all wanted to make man. Due to their Will and Pleasure mankind existed or was brought into being, there was no disagreement about our existence here on earth.

““You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being.””
‭‭Revelation‬ ‭4‬:‭11‬ ‭NIV‬‬

They all agreed that this particular product would be like themselves, so man became a spirit being with a soul, living in the body.

In the Person of God, He is Self- sufficient and Sovereign. A self-sufficient person possesses the remarkable ability to meet all needs without relying on external influences. Also, self-reliant, independent, and lacks nothing essential for well-being. This individual has the capacity to provide for themselves and sustain their existence without external assistance. This is God!!!

However in His Sovereignty, we recognize His ultimate authority and power. God holds the primary right to exercise His Supreme power or control according to His own will and purpose. His sovereignty is absolute and unmatched, and no one can sway or manipulate Him away from His intended plans.

God’s sovereignty is rooted in His 1. infinite wisdom, 2. perfect knowledge, and 3. boundless love. He governs all things with absolute control, orchestrating events and circumstances in alignment with His divine purposes. Just as a self-sufficient person needs nothing outside of themselves, God needs no counsel or guidance from others in His exercise of sovereignty.

The concept of God’s sovereignty can evoke a sense of awe and reverence. It reminds us of His unrivaled authority and the assurance that His plans and purposes will ultimately prevail. While we may not always comprehend or fully grasp the workings of His sovereignty, we can trust that His ways are just and perfect.

“And we know [with great confidence] that God [who is deeply concerned about us] causes all things to work together [as a plan] for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His plan and purpose.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭28‬ ‭AMP‬‬

Your existence on earth is never by a mistake or accident, whether you were conceived, through wedlock, an abuse, a broken home, or by the intent of your parents. It is the Supreme intention of the Triune to have you here. You were purposely called out here, you were desired for Pleasure and Glory. There was never a disagreement about you being here on earth.

In the likeness of the Trinity, you were formed, fashioned or let’s say handcrafted as a Whole product, not in part. Your existence is for a purpose which is being fulfilled. Hallelujah!!!!
